Good Practices Report – 2015

The third annual report of the Independent Expert on human rights and the environment describes more than 100 good practices in the use of human rights obligations relating to the environment.  The practices were identified on the basis of nine regional consultations and expert meetings, two country visits and dozens of responses to questionnaires sent to States, civil society organizations and others, and with the crucial assistance of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and other partners.

The Independent Expert and his team have prepared one-page descriptions of each practice, which include links for further information.  These descriptions are available at the OHCHR website, here.
